 Camera Work Contemporary Gallery presented Rankin’s Spring 2017 exhibition, including more than 50 works spanning across 1995 – 2017, giving a comprehensive insight into Rankin’s career. The exhibition invited the viewer to enter the world of Rankin, presenting works from different series – including iconic artworks of supermodels such as Heidi Klum, Kate moss and Gisele Bündchen, portraits of personalities such as David Bowie and several innovative personal series that break from artistic conventions. Uniting the works is Rankin’s unique ability to question social norms and ideas of beauty, crossing artistic frontiers.
